2. Product information
The products and images on this site are starting points for custom projects. Illustrative or AI-generated images are design concepts and do not show an approved customer project or guarantee a particular finished result. Materials, colors, finishes, minimum quantities, samples, prices and timing are confirmed for each design and order.
3. Inquiries and quotations
A successful form submission means our sending service accepted the inquiry for delivery to our mailbox. It does not create an order, reserve production capacity or confirm availability. We may ask for more details before giving a quotation. Any price, specification, sample plan, delivery arrangement or other commercial term must be agreed separately in writing.
4. Artwork and references
You may share a logo or reference so that we can discuss your request. Please send only material you have the right to use. Sharing artwork for a quotation does not give Evia Gifts permission to publish it as a customer example; any public use would require a separate agreement.
