How a custom
gift order comes together.

A useful first brief does not need every detail. We work through product options, artwork, approvals, packing and arrival date around the items you choose.

The decisions from
brief to production.

Each product has its own requirements, but the questions follow a practical order.

01

Tell us what you need

Tell us who the items are for, how many you expect to need, where they are going and when they must arrive. Product ideas are welcome, but optional.

02

Artwork options & quote

Review how the artwork could appear on the chosen items, including a complimentary visual mockup where useful. Compare decoration and quote details together.

03

Sample approval

Decide what a sample needs to prove, such as color, feel, construction or logo placement. Sample arrangements are discussed for the selected design.

04

Production & checks

Confirm the approved product details and the checks that matter for the order, such as logo placement, assembly and packing.

05

Packing & delivery

Share how the items will be distributed and the arrival location. Packing and shipping choices can then be reviewed against the schedule.

What to include in
your first brief.

Approximate figures and reference images are useful even before every detail is fixed.

  • Occasion and who receives it
  • Products you want, or reference images
  • Logo (vector file if you have one) and brand colors
  • Quantity per item and budget
  • Delivery address and deadline
  • Packing needs: bulk, individual or per recipient

If a detail is undecided, say so in the brief.

Start with the decision
you have already made.

Share the
project. Review the options.

Send the audience, possible products, approximate quantity, artwork and target arrival date. We can use those details to discuss a suitable direction.
