Questions buyers ask before ordering
custom gifts.

Start with what you know. These answers explain which details help narrow a product choice or quote.

Do I need to know the exact product before I contact you?

No. Tell us who will receive the item, how it will be used and approximately how many you need. An occasion and budget range help narrow the options. Explore products or occasions for ideas.

What artwork should I send?

Send your logo in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG if available. A clear PNG, sketch or reference image is enough for an initial discussion; the production file is reviewed once the item and method are chosen.

Which decoration method should I choose?

Start with the look you want and the item you have chosen. Embroidery may suit a cap, engraving a metal piece, and enamel a pin. The final method is reviewed against the material and artwork.

Can I review a sample before production?

A visual mockup can show how the design may look on the item. If you need a physical sample, tell us what you want to check; the approach and any cost are reviewed for that design.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Send your estimated quantity, even if it may change. We can compare suitable production approaches for the item and artwork before confirming a minimum.

How long does a custom order take?

Share the date the goods need to arrive and the destination. Product choice, artwork approvals, sampling and shipping route all affect the schedule, so timing is reviewed for the selected order.

Can different gifts be packed together?

Tell us how the gifts will be distributed: by event, recipient, size or location. Packing and sorting can then be included in the project discussion.

How are quality checks handled?

Identify the details that matter most, such as color, logo placement, assembly or packing. The relevant checks are agreed against the approved order details.

Do you arrange international delivery?

Share the destination and target arrival date. Shipping options can then be compared with the product, quantity and schedule.
